For all products except cake, chocolate, flowers, and balloons, they cannot be returned or exchanged
- Inside Riyadh, the delivery fee is deducted at 32 riyals, and in the event that the products are returned by our representative, 32 riyals is deducted from the cost of the way to receive the order from the customer, and the rest of the amount is refunded.
- Outside Riyadh, the customer must send the order through the return policy, and the full amount will be returned after deducting the shipping value from it to and from.
- The amount will be transferred within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
- After confirming the return, a return policy will be sent.
- The exchange and return policy does not include flowers, cake, chocolate, and balloons if implemented
