What defects are covered under the warranty?
Defects covered by the warranty are: manufacturing defect, rust or discolouration.
What will we do to correct the problems?
We at Lafleur Gifts will either repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new one.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period is one year from the date of receipt of the order.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting, in the opinion of LaFleur Gifts, from improper use, lack of care, accident, mishandling, modification, attempted repair, neglect.
Disclaimer: This warranty is void if the item is damaged as a result of accident, negligence of persons other than authorized LaFleur Gifts sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
